3. Marina Bay Sands, Singapore ($5.5 billion | $6 billion today)
We may have wrapped up Las Vegas’s most expensive buildings, but not quite so. Because Marina Bay Sands may be located in Singapore, but it is owned by Las Vegas Sands.
Designed by Moshe Safdie, it was built in 2010. The construction cost was $5.5 billion or $6 billion today. This building has 57 floors and 194-meter height. On its top, lies its signature attractions, the SkyPark and the Infinity Pool where you can swim from above the city.
It also has the world’s largest atrium casino with 1,600 slot machines and 500 tables. Plus, it features mall, museum, theaters, and floating Crystal Pavilions.
One of the best parts of Marina Bay Sands is the celebrity chefs‘ restaurant. This is the place where you can try out some amazing dishes from the world’s richest chef such as Mario Batali’s Pizzeria and Wolfgang Puck’s CUT.
