5. Marina Bay Sands, Singapore ($6 billion)
Here is another touch of Vegas on our most expensive man made attractions list. Marina Bay Sands may be located in Singapore, but it is owned by Las Vegas Sands.
Designed by Moshe Safdie, it was built in 2010. The construction cost was $5.5 billion or $6 billion today. This building has 57 floors and 194-meter height. On its top, lie its signature attractions, the SkyPark and the Infinity Pool where you can swim from above the city. If you come around fall, you can even watch the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix from here.
It also has the world’s largest atrium casino with 1,600 slot machines and 500 tables. Plus, it features mall, museum, theaters, and floating Crystal Pavilions.
One of the best parts of Marina Bay Sands is the celebrity chefs‘ restaurant. This is the place where you can try out some amazing dishes from the world’s richest chef such as Mario Batali’s Pizzeria and Wolfgang Puck’s CUT.
