She and her husband, the rapper, Jay Z paid $45 million for 13,000 square feet mansion in Malibu.
It is an Italian Renaissance that has stone carpets and dividers. The mansion features seven rooms, nine bedrooms, a theater, tennis court pool and a rec center.
The couple bought the house from another famous celebrity named Cher who had put the manor on the market in 2008 without any success.
The property, which incorporates a visitor house, is a short distance far from the shore, ideal for Blue Ivy to manufacture sandcastles.
