The First All-Metal Android Wear Device: LG Watch Urbane
If fashion is important to you maybe you should purchase the LG Watch Urbane.
LG is the multinational corporation is the fourth-largest company in South Korea. They make electronics, chemicals and telecom products, and have subsidiaries in over 80 countries.
They now released their new creation- a luxury Android wear device called LG Watch Urbane. You probably figure it out from the name what this is all about, about LG’s product- a smartwatch.
The smartwatch was specifically designed for a sophisticated and cosmopolitan person that delivers unparalleled technology and performance.
Crafted around the same 1.3-inch full circle P-OLED display as you can find at the LG G Watch R, the item they launched last October.
However, this model features a narrower bezel that gives the watch sleeker lines. You can easily see all the hallmarks of a fine watch. The details make is the perfect fashion accessory.
Available in polished silver and gold finish, its stainless steel body is complemented by a stitched natural leather strap which gives it a classier look.
The strap of the watch can be replaced with any 22mm wide band, whatever suits you best.
Just like its brothers and sisters, this Android Wear device includes a PPG (photoplethysmography) sensor that can measure your heart rate and average pulse during you daily exercise.
But wait, there is more! The Always-On ambient mode shows the time on the display at the times in dimmed mode, an essential feature for its battery life.
The specs are identical to the LG G Watch R: a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 with 512MB of RAM and a 410 mAh battery.
If you want to have both a stylish and high-tech flare, you are the perfect person for this watch.
How can you purchase this fancy LG Watch Urbane? It’s quite easy actually.
You can pre-order it from the UK retailer Expansys who has already started to take pre-orders for LG’s all-metal Watch Urbane.
It was expected that this model will not be cheaper than the G Watch R, and now we’ve got the sneak peek at the price.
Both silver and gold variants of the smartwatch are available for pre-order, with the pricing set at £299 ($462).
However, that price isn’t official yet, but when it will be, the watch will sure be the most expensive Android Wear on the market right now.
LG stated in its press release during the announcement of the device that the pricing information would be divulged once the wearable is close to retail availability.
They say its new analog watch face on the Urbane is the closest thing we’ve seen to a real analog face on a smartwatch.
It looks like a normal watch, but it sure isn’t one. LG Watch Urbane is the First All-Metal Android Wear Device.
The smartwatch looks pretty promising, don’t you think?
