Our next stop in Los Roques, in Venezuela.
With around 350 islands, cays and islets, Los Roques archipelago is an amazing place to visit. It was declared a National Park in 1972 and it just boasts with beauty, thanks to its spectacular coral reefs and the astonishing diversity of the underwater life and sea-birds.
Activities such as snorkelling and scuba diving are just 2 of the best ways of how you can spend your time.
If you want to dine or rent a room try the local posadas and restaurants. The 4-room Italian-owned guest-house Posada El Pelicano is a top-class place. And yes, it’s small, but it’s intimate and luxurious for sure.
