Located in the region of Puglia, close to the coastal town of Bari, this village is well-known for its beautiful trulli.
You may wonder what trulli is. Trulli are a conical roof structures made without any mortar. It’s exactly what you see in the picture.
The large amount of trulli makes Alberobello truly unique and it also made the village a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
If you think about visiting the village you must know that the area cannot be accessed by car, so you’ll need to take a train.
