Pixar showed us again that can do awesome animated movies. And in 2012 Brave was born. With an original story set in the Scottish Highlands, Brave had all the chances to become a big success.
The story follows the relationship between a queen mother and her rebel princess daughter. Won numerous awards such as the Academy Award for Best Animated Film and the Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature Film.
This movie was the first to have a female protagonist, first female director and first fairy tale.
Managed to earn over $538 million worldwide. Kind of amazing for a redhead, isn’t it?
