Toy Story 3 was the most expensive Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. From the $200 million costs to produce $15 million were spend on its lead actor Tom Hanks.
Nothing had prepared us or them for the $1 billion earnings from worldwide sales. You read that right.
The first animated film to break the billion barrier. Also was the highest-grossing film of 2010. Was nominated for 5 Academy Awards including Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Sound Editing.
