But first things first. As you know, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is a front-engine, 2-seater luxury grand tourer car and it is the first Mercedes-Benz automobile designed in-house by AMG.
It’s an iconic car that represented firsts and lasts!
Available in Coupe and Roadster bodies, SLS AMG GT features the same top speed (197 mph) and the same torque (479 lb-ft), but includes a 20 HP increase in engine power.
Options include AMG carbon-fibre exterior mirrors, AMG carbon-fibre engine compartment cover, AMG ceramic high-performance composite braking system, AMG Performance Media and AMG Interior Carbon-Fibre package consisting of carbon-fibre trim, door sill panels, trim on seat backrest and side.
The car was unveiled at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show and sales began in mid 2010 in Europe and in mid-2011 in the U.S.
