A surgery like Nicole had is approximately $15.000, but considering her many other plastic surgeries (like the Botox injections), I bet that Kidman spent quite a lot to make herself pretty.
I believe that she looked way more natural and beautiful before all the surgeries, but oh well, who am I to question Nicole Kidman?
