4.Ferrari 250 GTO – $35 million
Obviously, a lot of people appreciate this particular brand. And I know it’s the same model as the one before but this one is green!
This 1962 pale-green Ferrari was custom made for race driver Sir Stirling Moss. He didn’t get to race is though because he suffered some serious injuries which led to the end of his career on April 23 in 1962 at Goodwood.
The one who paid the crazy price was car collector Craig McCaw who purchased it from Dutch-born businessman Eric Heerema.
The green GTO was previously owned by Japanese collector Yoshiho Matsuda from whom Heerema bought it.
