What changed since our last edition
Our earlier edition put a $32,000 tote in second place and priced the 1921 Collection medium shoulder bags at $27,000 to $29,000. The 2023 to 2025 guides we checked now put the crocodile Bamboo at $52,000 and make crocodile the main driver of the top ten.
Gucci also sells special one-offs. Some websites quote a Sylvie at $420,000 and a Jackie in crocodile at $120,000 or more, but we found no supporting retail or auction record, so we left them out.
