2. People Magazine’s Cover of Jennifer Lopez’s Twins: $6 Million
The second most expensive magazine cover ever shot belongs to Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s son Max and daughter Emme.
The twins made their first shot on People’s cover in March 2008. The title “Twin Bliss, World Exclusive” got the issue sold almost 3 million copies and received another estimated over 4 million views online.
On the cover, Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony were at their Long Island home with their newborns twins and the magazine called them Six Million Babies.
Back then it was the most expensive cover photo ever shot in history, but obviously that didn’t last long.
