5.Victoria Peak, Hong Kong – Average home price: $3.5 million

Victoria Peak is actually a mountain in the western half of Hong Kong Island and is also known as Mount Austin.

The Peak has an altitude of 552 m (1,811 ft) and it’s the highest mountain on the island.

The number five of the most expensive neighborhoods is dominated by the Peak Tower, which is hosting a multitude of entertainment venues such as Madame Tussauds wax museum or Ripley’s Believe it or Not.

And as you see in the picture presented above, the panoramic view on the city is absolutely stunning.
