6.D.O.M.
The next top restaurant on our list is D.O.M.
If you ever visit Sao Paulo (or if you are a local) D.O.M. is a must-go-to restaurant.
The kitchen is led by Chef Alex Atala, which uses special Amazonian ingredients such as Pupunha hearts of palm and priprioca, which are both indigenous to the restaurant.
The dishes have an authentic native Brazilian taste, the setting is intimate, and the food is carefully served, so you will have a great culinary experience. The 8-course menu includes Amazonas ants and fetuccine of pupunha, among others.
“Unique gastronomical experience.”
