10. Alexis Flores
Our next most wanted criminal is just like an episode of a best cop show on TV. It all started in summer of 2000, when a body of five-year-old girl was found in the basement of empty apartment building in Philadelphia. Forensic analysis showed that she was sexually assaulted before strangled and wrapped in a trash bag.
A t-shirt found in the crime scene, next to the body, led into a guy known as Carlos. He was hired as a handyman in the area. But he had not been seen since the little girl went missing.
Only after seven years later, there was a match of Carlos’s DNA on the Combined DNA Index System. It was a match to a guy named Alexis Flores who was arrested for shoplifting, possession of a forgery device, and a felony in Arizona. Unfortunately, he was released and deported to Honduras two years prior.
Since then, there are no signs of Alexis’s whereabouts. FBI considered him as armed and extremely dangerous. And the bureau is offering a reward up to $100,000 for any information leading directly to his arrest.
