How much is Huda Kattan worth in 2026?

We estimate Huda Kattan’s net worth at about $600 million. Public estimates vary widely, and the gap has one main cause: some pages quote the 2017 valuation of $1.2 billion as if it were still current, while others cut the figure to what her brand sells today. We value the business off sales instead, and we count the 2025 buyback as a cost. Nobody has published the price of either 2025 deal, so every dollar figure for those rows is our assumption.

How Huda Kattan built it

  • Bought out her investor. In June 2025 she repurchased TSG's minority stake and now owns Huda Beauty outright.
  • Built in public first. She grew the brand from a beauty audience and a loan from her sister before any outside money.
  • Split off a winner. She spun fragrance line Kayali out in 2025, with her sister Mona as chief executive.

How we got to $600 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Huda Beauty, 100% ownership $600 million Sales are reported at about $200 million for 2023, an industry estimate we rate as weak. The same case study cites more than $300 million of 2024 sales through August, which we do not use, so this row leans cautious. We apply 3 times sales, an assumed multiple for a profitable cosmetics brand. She has owned all of it since June 2025.
Kayali sale proceeds $120 million In February 2025 the Kayali fragrance line was sold to her sister Mona Kattan and the investor General Atlantic. Terms were not disclosed. The row is an assumed share of the proceeds.
Minus the cost of buying back TSG’s stake Minus $150 million TSG paid about $200 million for 16% in 2017. We assume the 2025 price was somewhat lower, funded partly by the Kayali sale.
Cash from the 2017 deal $30 million An assumed portion of TSG’s $200 million that went to the founders instead of the company, after tax.

The rows add up to $600 million. The first is the biggest and the softest, because the sales figure is thinly sourced and the multiple is ours.

The 16% that cost $200 million

In December 2017 the private equity firm TSG Consumer Partners bought a minority stake, and a case study of the company puts the price at about $200 million for 16%, which valued the company at $1.2 billion. Here is our calculation. $200 million divided by 16% is $1.25 billion, so the headline valuation checks out. If that mark were still right, 100% of the company would be worth $1.2 billion. Our ledger uses half that, because a brand valued at $1.2 billion in 2017 on rising sales should not be assumed to be worth more after years of cosmetic-category competition.

June 2025, full control

Cosmetics Business reported that she bought back TSG’s stake and now owns the company outright, ending an eight-year partnership. The Kayali fragrance line, which had been part of the group, was sold off earlier in 2025 to her sister Mona Kattan and General Atlantic, and the same case study says the sale helped fund the buyback.

Why public estimates scatter

Some quote the 2017 valuation as her wealth, some use her earlier influencer income, and some skip the 2025 changes entirely. We found no 2026 filing or announcement with a price, so the latest documented events are the February 2025 Kayali sale and the June 2025 buyback.

What would move the figure

A sale of the business, or a new minority investor, would price the company properly. Until then, a reported revenue number for 2025 would be the next best anchor.
