Born in Rochester, New York, the same place where she grew up, Jenna is one of the richest YouTube stars in the world.
In 2014 she graduated from Brighton High School, after which she moved to Boston. There she went to Suffolk University where she got a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
She also went to Boston University for a Master of Education in Sport Psychology and Counseling.
Initially, she started her career as a writer for Barstool Sports’ female counterpart site StoolLaLa.
In 2010, while she shared a three-bedroom apartment in Cambridge with an $800 rent she used to work various jobs including bartending.
The same year she started an account on YouTube and posted the video “How To Trick People Into Thinking You’re Good Looking”. The video instantly became popular and got over 5.3 million views in its first week.
She then posted another video, “How To Avoid Talking To People You Don’t Want To Talk To”, which got the attention of magazines like The New York Times and ABC News. The video had approximately 35 million views as of April 2017.
