Laurene Powell Jobs is an American businesswoman, executive and her current net worth is $14.3 billion.
Growing up in New jersey, she earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences. She also earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Powell also has a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
She met her future husband, billionaire Steve Jobs when he gave a lecture at the school she attended. During his lecture she sat in the front row and started up a conversation with Steve who seated next to her.
Powell went to dinner with Jobs that same night and a year and a half later they married in a ceremony at the Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite National Park.
