How much is Ramona Singer worth in 2026?
Our figure is $10 million, in a range of $6 million to $16 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. One sale price is on record and so is one asking rent, and we found no report that she has sold the Southampton house. Her pay rests on a 2013 report from unnamed sources, and we found no property record, loan or company accounts to open.
Public estimates run from about $16 million to $18 million, and they rarely show their working. Ours comes in lower because we take tax off the television money and charge her for running more than one home. Anyone who holds loan details on the Southampton house could move this either way, since we assume there is no debt on it.
How Ramona Singer built it
- Founded a clothing business in 1986. She started the wholesale company RMS Fashions more than 20 years before joining Bravo.
- Held one house for decades. Bravo said in 2016 that she had owned her Southampton home for 20 years.
- Offered the house for summer rent. Her Southampton home was offered at $250,000 for the summer of 2021.

| Source | Our estimate | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|
| Southampton house | $6.25 million | Assumption built on a real ask. Behind the Hedges reported $250,000 for summer 2021. We assume a summer brings 4 percent of value. Bravo said in 2016 she had owned it for 20 years. Nearly 6,000 square feet on 1.4 acres. |
| Palm Beach condo | $1.5 million | Bravo reported the waterfront condo in August 2021 with no price. The value is our assumption. |
| Upper East Side sale, after costs and tax | $1.76 million | About $4 million in 2019. Assumption: 6 percent selling costs leaves $3.76 million, $0.5 million tax on the gain, and $1.5 million went into Palm Beach. |
| Returns on that cash | $0.62 million | Assumption: $1.76 million at 5 percent simple for seven years. |
| Television, after agents and tax | $2.57 million | Assumption: $5.2 million gross (below). 10 percent to agents leaves $4.68 million, and 45 percent tax leaves $2.57 million. |
| Businesses and rentals, after tax | $2.39 million | Assumption: $200,000 a year for 18 years from jewelry, skincare and wine ($3.6 million), plus three $250,000 summers ($0.75 million), less 45 percent. No revenue figure is public. |
| Living costs | Minus $4.95 million | Assumption: $275,000 a year for 18 years, which has to cover more than one home. |
| Total | $10 million | The rows sum to $10.14 million, which we round. |
What 13 seasons really paid
The Christian Post reported in May 2013, citing unnamed sources, that she took home about $500,000 as the show’s top earner, against a cast average near $65,000 a season. It doesn’t state the period for her figure, and we read it as per season. No later figure we could open improves on it. We assume $150,000 a season for the first five ($0.75 million), then $500,000 for the other eight ($4 million), plus $150,000 each for two Ultimate Girls Trip seasons and The Golden Life ($0.45 million). That’s $5.2 million.
Our calculation: after agents and tax, $2.57 million is left against $4.95 million of living costs over the same 18 years, so television alone never paid for this lifestyle. The Southampton figure, at $6.25 million, is 1.3 times the $4.75 million of Bravo pay on the main show, and 62 percent of her whole net worth.
A 20 percent haircut on East 80th
She listed the Upper East Side condo in June 2018 at $4.995 million, cut it to $4.25 million by June 2019, and sold it weeks later for a little over $4 million. 6sqft, citing The Real Deal, gave the price and a 2,468 square foot size. We calculate the drop from first ask to sale at about 20 percent, close to $1 million, after two decades of ownership. What she paid isn’t in any report we opened, which is why our $0.5 million tax figure is a guess.
The businesses nobody has audited
Her business career predates Bravo: she founded the wholesale clothing company RMS Fashions in 1986, co-founded True Faith Jewelry in 2005, sold collections on HSN in 2009 and 2010, launched Tru Renewal skincare in 2010 (relaunched as Ageless by Ramona in 2018) and Ramona Pinot Grigio in 2011. She held a real estate license and joined Douglas Elliman in 2021, leaving in 2023. Any of these could be worth more than the $200,000 a year we allow, or less. Nothing is on public record either way, and the wine and jewelry revenue figures online contradict each other too badly to use.
Back on television at 69
TV Insider reported that The Golden Life premiered on E! on October 20, 2026, with Hulu streaming from November 3 and Hamptons episodes due in 2027. Her fee isn’t public. The figure would move most on a sale of the Southampton house, which would replace our rent-based guess with a real price. A renewal at something near her old Bravo rate would add about $247,500 a season after agents and tax, by our numbers.
