How much is Rob Dial Worth? Rob Dial Net Worth in 2026
Rob Dial’s net worth is estimated at $6.3 million as of November 2026. The podcast people know him for is probably the smaller business: by our math its ad money comes to about a quarter of what his coaching company said it was on track to bill back in 2021. Dial hosts The Mindset Mentor from Austin, Texas, and sells coaching to the audience it brings in.

How much is Rob Dial worth in 2026?
We land on $6.3 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. We found no published accounts for his company, so the only hard revenue number is one he said out loud on his own show, and every margin below is our assumption. That is also why public estimates for him disagree: without filings, anyone’s figure depends on what they guess coaching keeps as profit.
How Rob Dial built it
- Chose coaching over Amazon. He shut his foam roller business after a strong start and put his time into coaching people.
- Kept the show running since 2015. He started The Mindset Mentor in August 2015 and it has about 2,000 episodes.
- Built a sales team early. By 2021 he had four salespeople on a team of 12, and forecast about $5 million that year.

| Source | Our estimate | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|
| Coaching profit he kept | $2.5 million | Assumption: $5 million a year for six years (2021 to 2026) is $30 million. A 20 percent margin is $6 million. We credit him with 70 percent, or $4.2 million, because he calls his director of sales, Dean, his business partner. The split isn’t public. He keeps 60 percent of that after tax and living costs. |
| His share of the coaching company | $1.8 million | Assumption: $5 million of revenue at a 20 percent margin is $1 million of profit, at 2.5 times, or $2.5 million. Low because the company leans on one person. Our assumed 70 percent is $1.75 million. |
| Podcast ad money he kept | $1.9 million | Assumption: 400 million downloads at $15 per 1,000 is $6 million gross. After a 30 percent network share that is $4.2 million, and he keeps 45 percent. |
| Level Up book | $100,000 | Assumption. HarperOne published it, but no advance or sales figure has been reported. |
| Total | $6.3 million | Sum of the rows. We treat the podcast and the book as his alone. |
Change the assumptions and the range appears. With the same 70 percent stake, a 10 percent coaching margin, a $10 download rate and the same 2.5 multiple give about $3.5 million. A 30 percent margin, a $20 rate and a multiple of 3 give about $9.6 million.
The $5 million sentence
In an episode dated April 1, 2021, Dial told listeners his company was on track to do about $5 million that year. In the same episode he said the team was 12 people, four of them in sales. By our calculation that is about $417,000 of revenue per person, with one in three people selling.
The route there was not obvious. Before coaching he ran a Cutco sales office, then sold foam rollers on Amazon with Dean, the man who later became his business partner and director of sales. They sold 1,000 in the first 30 days and ran out of stock. He chose coaching and, in his words, “literally shut the doors down” on the Amazon business. The figures come from a machine-made transcript, so treat the exact wording with care, and $5 million was a forecast, not a filed result. We have found nothing newer, which is why our ledger holds it flat.
What 150 million downloads in 21 months is worth
A HarperOne book listing credits the show with over 250 million downloads, and the UK edition of Level Up came out in October 2023. We assume the 250 million dates from about then. By July 2025, an interview described it as over 400 million. Our math: 150 million downloads in 21 months is about 7.1 million a month.
At our assumed $15 per 1,000, that is about $107,000 a month, or $1.3 million a year, before any network share. Set against $5 million of coaching revenue, the ad money is roughly 26 percent. The show’s bigger job looks like filling the sales pipeline. Its Apple Podcasts listing names SiriusXM Podcasts as the provider and offers ad-free episodes at $5.99 a month, though the split between Dial and SiriusXM has not been published. The 30 percent in our ledger is a guess.
A $97 community is not the business
His Mindset Academy community on Skool lists $27 and $97 monthly tiers and showed 540 members when we checked. Even if every member paid the top price, that comes to $52,380 a month, or about $629,000 a year, by our calculation. At the $27 tier it is about $175,000. The heavier money must sit elsewhere: his site sells group coaching and a Business Breakthrough program for coaches, with no public prices. The July 2025 interview said he had trained over 3,000 coaches, while his own site says over 2,500.
What would move the figure
Freedom Live, a three-day event at The Fairmont in Austin, runs December 3 to 5, 2026, the next dated item on his calendar. A sale of the coaching company, a published ownership split or a SiriusXM deal would replace our largest guesses with real numbers.
