How much is Sam Sulek worth in 2026?

We estimate about $1 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. No contract, tax record or company filing is public, so most of this rests on his audience size, which is the only hard number available. Public estimates run from about $1.5 million to $7 million, in part because they quote gross earnings as if nothing had gone to tax or rent.

How Sam Sulek built it

  • Posted almost every day. He published 222 videos in his first months on YouTube, about one per day.
  • Skipped the production budget. Early videos ran with no editing, captions or music, and still reached 1.2 million subscribers.
  • Tested himself on stage. He won the 2025 Arnold Amateur for his Pro card and made his pro debut in 2026.

How we got to $1 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
YouTube ads, lifetime gross $1.5 million 377.7 million views at an assumed $4 per 1,000 views. The rate is our assumption, and $3 to $5 is plausible.
Supplement sponsorship, gross $400,000 Our assumption: $10,000 a month for 40 months from mid-2023, covering Hosstile until 2024 and unnamed sponsors after it. The only public number is disputed, and we found no named sponsor since.
Everything else $100,000 Our allowance for brand deals, merchandise and prize money. We found nothing documented.
Income tax minus $700,000 Our assumption: 35 percent of the $2 million gross above.
Living costs minus $300,000 Our assumption: 15 percent of the $2 million gross.
Total $1 million The rows sum to $1 million.

The $2,000 question

He signed with Hosstile Supplements around 2023 and chose not to renew in 2024. The Monday Iron newsletter reported the dispute: leaks said he earned $2,000 a month, and Hosstile’s founder Fouad Abiad called the figure false and suggested commissions and travel expenses likely came on top. Neither side has published the contract.

That leaves us with the sum. Twelve of those payments come to $24,000. His channel, by contrast, went from 346 million views in mid-July 2026 to 377.7 million on November 2. That’s 31.7 million views in 113 days, or about 8.4 million a month, by our calculation. Using the rate in our ledger, that’s about $33,600 a month in gross ad money, so $24,000 is about three weeks of it. A modelling tool puts his ad income at about $43,000, though it doesn’t clearly state the period.

A channel that costs almost nothing to run

He began posting in January 2023. By September of that year, one creator newsletter counted 1.2 million subscribers and 222 videos, with no editing, captions, music or hooks. That matters to the ledger because a channel with no editing has few bills to pay. It also grew fast: The Monday Iron had him moving from 224,000 subscribers in July 2023 to about 3.5 million a year later. He had about 4.57 million on November 2, 2026.

Why the pro card doesn’t change the sum

He won the 2025 Arnold Amateur in Classic Physique, which earned his IFBB Pro card, and said in May 2025 he wanted to step on a pro stage in 2026. He did, finishing 8th at the Arnold Classic and 7th of nine at the Arnold Classic UK. We count no real prize money from either.

Veteran pro Rich Gaspari said in June 2025 that the League now has about 1,200 pros and that big contracts in the hundreds of thousands are rare. The audience is the asset here, and it is what sponsors pay for.

What would move the figure

A disclosed supplement deal or a brand of his own would replace our assumption, and a stake in a company could matter more than the whole ad total. Nothing public shows one yet. In the other direction, ad income depends on views, and views depend on him continuing to post: at the current pace, the channel grosses about $400,000 a year.
