Brauhaus Sion is located in the city of Cologne, Germany.
Established in 1318, it is the site of a historic brewery, that today is still famous and many people come here daily.
And Brahaus Sion can hold up to 600 guests .
You know this is one of the oldest bars in the world, because you know, or you do know, that the Brauhaus Sion was bombed during World War II. And yet, here it is today!
The reviews are mixed. Some are positive, and some are very very bad. Like this gentleman, who had both a great and a bad time :
‘ The Location is great. The decoration impressive and the atmosphere is inspired the the clasic German Breweries. We were a group of twelve guys who went to the restaurant to enjoy a nice meal. And we did. Nice sausages and pork cheeks.
However the staff was not very nice with us. I seems that they did not seems very happy in attending a big group of people like us. Hence, the service was a bit disappointing as we were expecting another kind of service behavior in such stylist restaurant.
It was also dissapoiting that they do not offer coffee after lunch or could offer complimentary shots instead. Dispite the rudeness of the staff, they were very keen in claming tips. Of course, we consider they did not deserve at all.
In general, nice food but very inappropiated service. Hope you have a better venue.‘
