7Sazerac Cocktail
Those of you who tried Sazerac perhaps know that there are several different ways to make this cocktail, but the best one that hits our goal is listed in ‘The Bartender’s Black Book’.
Add 2 to 4 ounces of Peychaud’s Bitters and 2 ounces of rye whiskey with 1 cube of sugar. But there’s more!
The cherry on top is a coat of absinthe on the inside of a chilled glass.
As many of you already tried absinthe, then you understand how highly alcoholic this cocktail is.
You can also add a whiskey that is 100-proof, like Rittenhouse of WhistlePig.
