With the Roadrunner and the more powerful Barracuda lines available, Plymouth’s GTX was not so popular, so they were rarer that other Plymouth lines.
The R023 GTX was over 500 pounds lighter than a regular GTX and was designed with larger hood scoops so the airflow would be increased.
Only 55 cars were produced, them being capable of going from 0 to 60 in 4.8 seconds.
