The basic idea is simple by opening shop you are getting smarter and your are doing the work of more than two people.
Think about it, at the beginning you are your own accountant, marketing man, salesman and other positions you have in your business.
You learn about everything and by the time your business is getting bigger you have the appropriate amount of knowledge to hire someone and know when they are doing a good job and when they don’t.
You are practically on a path of getting wiser and the fact that you have a business of your own running means that you do stuff in a certain way faster and better than other people.
