We have seen him in three Iron Man movies. We have also seen him in both Avengers movies. Get this, the actor, Robert Downey Jr., is paid $40 million for each of them. Even for the latest Captain America movie, Civil War, he was paid in advance!
That puts him as one of the highest paid actor in the world. No question that he is the highest paid Superhero. That makes both him and the character rich.
