Probably the best filmmaker in all history, Quentin Tarantino, was not a fan of school. But why is he present on this list?
It’s simple, he demonstrated over the years that genius is not only the guy with diplomas and stuff like that but it can mean that a genius is a guy who makes the best thing in his domain.
That is not all, considered one of the best, he has the IQ that helps him to do such extraordinary films that everybody likes.
Reported to have the same IQ like physicist Stephen Hawking, Tarantino attended only one year at a Los Angeles high school, then started to go on the way of acting to fulfill his dream.
At the James Best Theater Company he stayed only two years getting bored of it and landed a job at a video store.
With an IQ of 160 Quentin Tarantino declared that for him the movie industry was the place from where he learned everything, when asked if he went to film school, the immediate response is no, completing the sentence with a little sense of humor “i went to films“.
