This  Stairs Turned Into Amazing Piece of Art Will Amaze You!

We’ve seen some great examples of amazing art lately and we thought about giving you another example.

The Painted Stairs is a good example of the amazing art.

Recently I’m seeing lots of people involved into art in a way or another and that makes me happy.

From the famous paintings to the street art every artist is putting his work out there.

Some of us might never think about redecorating stairs per example, but luckily someone has.

It all started when the Rainbow Steps in Turkey were painted over by the local government.

Doing another piece of art like that was the reply of the nearby communities to the situation.

And that’s how the steps in San Francisco were born. Created by more than 300 people the stairs were closely watched and the people were guided by a couple of artists.

Artist Aileen Barr and Colette Crutcher were the minds behind this project.

That was the people way to say we are here for you. This is the street art taken to the next level.

In your face Banksy! I’m kidding you know that, right?

Let’s get back to our Stairs Turned into Amazing Piece of Art!

The project was a community effort and we need to take a moment and appreciate the work of those people.

They had to complete 163 steps and worked approximately 2 years of hard work.

Inspired by the Rio di Janeiro’s Santa Theresa steps the artwork in Golden Gate Heights was a hard work, but somehow they managed to finish it.

A big applause for them and for their work!
