The car was presented at the Pebble beach Concours d’Elégance in July 2011 with the announcement of its McLaren Special Operation Program.
This program , the “McLaren Special Operation Program” would offer their customers the chance to customize their MP4-12C in any way they desire.
There’s also a McLaren MP4-12C High Sport, which features exterior and interior updates, as well as an extra 75 hp, and it’s limited to only 5 units.
