4.Enjoy A Quick Breakfast
The next step to never be late again is having a quick breakfast.
Forget about scrambled eggs, waffles and syrupy pancakes when you’re in a rush. Try to think what’s easier to make and you might just get right on time at that meeting.
Some of the choices include eating milk & cereals, a yoghurt with fruits and nuts, a protein shake or maybe a sandwich.
Don’t try and cheat buying some unhealthy food on your way, it easier, of course, but it’s less healthier.
