5.Set Your Watch 5 Minutes Later
One of the easiest tricks to never be late again is setting your watch… wrong.
Trick your brain (and your eyes) into thinking that it’s 5 or 10 minutes later than it really is. That way, in case you think you’re running 5 minutes late, you’re actually not.
And don’t worry about knowing that your watch is not properly setted. You might remember this at first, but after a while you will forget about it.
Remember: it’s advised to set all your clocks and watches at the same time, because you’re risking of never forgetting about those 5 extra minutes if you see that the time on your phone is different than the one on your watch.
