Owned by Umberto Bombana, who is often referred to as ‘the best Italian chef in Asia’, this 3 Michelin-starred restaurant is certainly the best restaurant in Hong Kong.
Named after the classic 1963 movie ‘Otto e Mezzo’, the restaurant is located in the Alexandra Landmark mall, a perfect location which offers panoramic views of the bustling Chater Road.
At Otto e Mezzo, guests can serve a delicious lobster salad, oscietra caviar with celery jelly, couscous and champagne dressing, cavatelli shellfish ragout, and the best pasta.
Did we mention the impressive cellar that houses more than 3.000 bottles?
Since winning a 3rd Michelin star, chef Umberto Bombana has expanded his business in China with a second restaurant in Shanghai and a new concept in Beijing, called Opera Bombana.
