Currently under construction in Songjiang, China, 30 miles from Shanghai, Shimao Quarry Hotel, or Songjiang Shimao Hotel is being built on the site of an abandoned quarry.
Therefore, it will have some rooms underwater.

The 5-star hotel will have around 400 bedrooms, as well as conference rooms for up to 1.000 people, restaurants and a banquet hall.
With 2 underwater floors, the lowest will have a swimming pool an other water sports facilities.

And why not take advantage of those cliffs? Rock climbing and bungee jumping are also available.
