Luxury Submarine Hotel

Looking for an exciting escape? What’s your thought on this luxury submarine hotel?

Think again about everything you know about exotic travel. I know a place where you’ve never been before and that promises a great experience.

Recently, more and more unique hotels are opened and the world seems to really appreciate this trend. So, the holiday home-rental company Oliver’s Travels is offering a hotel room in a specially adapted leisure submarine.

They named it Lovers Deep and it’s a private luxury submarine in the Caribbean Sea, made for couples who want a romantic escape while being beneath the ocean waves. You can board in St Lucia and it’s a great alternative for those who sail from St. Barts to Barbados.

The captain, a chef and a butler will travel with you, but don’t worry, they will have their own sound-proof living quarter at one end of the craft, so you will not be disturbed in the guest bedroom. Glass fronted areas will offer an amazing view and you can have dinner while looking at the surrounding coral and fish that swim past the window.

You can experience all this for £175,000 per couple per night. This sum includes your arrival here depending on what you choose: speedboat or helicopter. The menu includes oysters, caviar and a decadent chocolate fondant with essence of pomegranate. Other options are: a Barry White soundtrack, scattered rose petals, and free champagne on arrival.

It looks like sea life is becoming more and more captivating as there is another project going on, the forthcoming SeaOrbiter, an oceanic observation vessel that will sail the world’s oceans and explore previously uncharted waters  and due to set sail in 2016.

I hope you enjoyed finding out about this luxury submarine hotel and that you are lucky enough to be able to explore it. Also, check out other Luxurious Ways to Travel.
