10 Luxury Things To Do In London

The most expensive luxury thing to do in London in 2026 is a hospitality box at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, reportedly about £13,000 to £29,600 for a match day, just ahead of a night in the InterContinental Park Lane Royal Suite at roughly £10,000. This guide ranks seven verified luxury experiences by what one booking costs, and lists the old favourites that have closed or cannot be confirmed.

Rank Experience What it costs (October 2026)
1 Arsenal executive box, Emirates Stadium Reportedly £12,950 to £29,595 per match for 10 to 15 guests
2 InterContinental London Park Lane Royal Suite Reportedly about £10,000 per night
3 Private London Eye capsule Quoted on request (Champagne Experience from £49 per adult)
4 Savile Row bespoke suit, Gieves & Hawkes Our estimate: several thousand pounds, quote on request
5 Chauffeured Rolls-Royce Phantom Our estimate: from about £175 per hour (older figure)
6 Royal Opera House stalls Roughly £187 to £367 per seat for popular dates
7 Afternoon tea at The Ritz About £95, or £102 with champagne

Which luxury experiences in London are worth the money?

1. Arsenal executive box at the Emirates Stadium

A match day box is still the most expensive single booking on the list. Reported club price lists put a standard executive box at roughly £12,950 to £13,140 for 10 to 15 guests, with the top box near £29,595 and shared lounge seats around £1,595 to £1,795 per person. A box for a title-deciding fixture has been reported from £100,000, but that is a one-off, not a normal rate.

You get private seating, catering you can shape with the club’s caterers, and a host. How we valued it: reported per-match box prices for the 2025/26 season, which we could not match against an official price page, so treat them as ranges.

2. InterContinental London Park Lane Royal Suite

The Royal Suite at the InterContinental on Park Lane is reportedly priced from about £10,000 a night for a suite of roughly 197 square metres. Our earlier edition quoted more than £12,000, and we could not find a current official rate. It is no longer London’s priciest suite: the Lanesborough’s Royal Suite is reportedly quoted from about £26,750 a night.

How we valued it: two undated rate reports at about £10,000, shown as a reported figure rather than an official rate.

3. A private London Eye capsule

Skip the shared ride. The London Eye sells a Champagne Experience from £49 per adult, and private capsule hire for groups is priced on request through the attraction’s private pods team. The Vinopolis champagne capsule from our old list is gone, replaced by these official options.

How we valued it: the official ticket page for the Champagne Experience; the private capsule is unpriced online, so its rank is our estimate.

4. A bespoke suit on Savile Row

Gieves & Hawkes at No. 1 Savile Row remains the classic address for bespoke tailoring, with a master tailor, several fittings and a process that takes months. We could not find a current official bespoke price. Our earlier edition said £4,500, and older reports put suits at £3,000 and up depending on cloth.

How we valued it: our labelled estimate, since the brand quotes bespoke on request.

5. A chauffeured Rolls-Royce Phantom

A Phantom with a driver is still the easiest way to see London in style: airport pickup, water or champagne, Wi-Fi and a driver who knows the shortcuts. The company named in our earlier edition could not be confirmed, so we have removed it. Chauffeur firms across London offer Phantoms; our earlier figure was from £175 an hour.

How we valued it: the older hourly rate, labelled as an estimate. No percentage uplift has been applied.

6. Royal Opera House stalls

The Royal Opera House, run by the Royal Ballet and Opera, advertises main-stage tickets from £7 for 2026/27. The luxury version is the orchestra stalls or a box. Seats for popular 2026 performances such as Manon, Alcina and Carmen have been listed between about £187 and £367 each.

How we valued it: the house’s published entry price plus prices listed for specific October 2026 performances; they move with demand.

7. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court at The Ritz

The cheapest item here is also the most London. Visitor guides list the Ritz tea at about £95 per person and the champagne version at about £102. Book weeks ahead, and gentlemen are asked to wear a jacket and tie.

How we valued it: 2026 visitor-guide prices, shown as approximate.

Which London luxury experiences have closed or cannot be confirmed?

  • Stuart Phillips Diamond Package (£20,000): the salon’s old website address now redirects to a domain sale page, and we found no current listing for the package.
  • Glamburger at Honky Tonk (£1,100): reported at the time as a promotional creation for a voucher milestone, not a regular menu item.
  • Salvatore’s Legacy cocktail (£5,500): a one-off record drink. Its creator has since left the Playboy Club London.
  • Vinopolis Champagne Tasting Capsule: replaced by the London Eye’s own champagne options above.
  • London Yacht, Jet & Prestige Car Show: we only found its 2015 edition, so we cannot recommend it.
