How much is Davina McCall Worth? Davina McCall Net Worth in 2026
Davina McCall’s net worth is estimated at $15 million as of November 2026. In January 2009 Hello reported that she was being paid £1.25 million a year for Big Brother, and that she had just bought a £3.2 million former convent in Sussex. Add the Surrey house and the St Tropez villa and the three homes cost about what a decade of that fee leaves after tax. This is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented.

How much is Davina McCall worth in 2026?
We put her at about $15 million, in a range of $10 million to $20 million, using £1 = $1.34, the rate on November 3, 2026. Only three money facts have a number on them: the Big Brother fee, a reported £1 million BBC deal in 2005 and about 1.5 million DVDs sold. Everything else in the ledger is our assumption, and it is labelled as one.
Public estimates differ widely because no fee of hers from the last 15 years has been published. We also could not tie any company accounts to her on the public register, so none are used here.
How Davina McCall built it
- Sold DVDs alongside television. A speaker agency says her nine top exercise titles sold over 1.5 million copies.
- Kept working after Big Brother. Long Lost Family started in 2011, then The Masked Singer UK in 2020.
- Started a podcast in her fifties. Her Begin Again podcast launched in late 2024, on top of her television work.

| Source | Our estimate | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|
| Big Brother, 2000 to 2010 | $11.8 million | Reported at the top rate by 2009. We assume an average of £0.8 million over 11 years, as early series paid less: £8.8 million. |
| Other television | $12.1 million | £9 million: the reported £1 million BBC chat show deal plus an assumed £0.5 million a year for 16 years since 2010. |
| Fitness DVDs | $4 million | About 1.5 million copies at an assumed £2 a copy to her: £3 million. |
| Garnier and brand work | $4 million | We assume £300,000 a year for 10 years, based on a speaker bureau’s mention of a decade with the brand: £3 million. |
| Books, podcast, speaking | $2.7 million | A guess of £2 million. Menopausing won Book of the Year, but no sales figures are public. |
| Agent fees | minus $5.2 million | Assumed at 15 percent of the $34.6 million above. |
| Income tax | minus $13.2 million | Assumed at 45 percent of the remaining $29.4 million. |
| Spending | minus $5.2 million | £150,000 a year for 26 years by assumption: £3.9 million. Homes are counted as assets, not spending. |
| Property and investment growth | $4.4 million | About 40 percent on the remaining $11 million, assumed, near 5 percent a year for seven years. |
| Total | $15 million | The rows sum to about $15.4 million, which we round to $15 million. Our range runs $5 million either side. |
A decade of Big Brother, in bricks
Here is the sum behind that opening line, and it is our calculation. Hello’s 2009 piece lists a £1 million home in Woldingham, Surrey, a £1.5 million villa in St Tropez and the £3.2 million Sussex house. Spear’s repeated the first two in 2016. Together they cost £5.7 million, about $7.6 million at today’s rate.
After a 15 percent agent cut and 45 percent tax, her reported fee leaves about £584,000 a year. Divide £5.7 million by that and you get 9.8 years. We don’t know how those homes were paid for, how ownership was split or who holds them now, so we credit none of their sale value on top of the ledger. They are useful only as a measure of scale.
The BBC gamble and the DVD shelf
In December 2005 Hello reported a £1 million BBC deal for a Wednesday night chat show. It aired in 2006, and in April that year the BBC confirmed she would not return after poor ratings. Her better business was on a shelf in the supermarket. A speaker agency says she sold over 1.5 million copies of her nine top exercise DVDs. At an assumed £2 a disc that is £3 million, about a third of what we think Big Brother paid over 11 years.
Big Brother is $11.8 million of $34.6 million in gross income on our numbers, or 34 percent of the total, even though it ended in 2010. The show took 11 of the 26 years we count, and the other 15 are spread across many smaller paydays.
The second act
Television kept coming. Her credits include Long Lost Family since 2011, The Masked Singer UK since 2020 and Stranded on Honeymoon Island in 2025. The latest income lines are less televised. Menopausing, written with Naomi Potter, won Overall Book of the Year at the 2023 British Book Awards, and her Begin Again podcast launched in late 2024. In an April 2026 announcement the employee finance company Stream named her as a speaker at its FinWell 2026 event. That is the latest dated money event we can point to, and the fee, as usual, is private.
What would move the figure: a published ITV contract, audited accounts from a company clearly tied to her, or a sale of a home at a known price. Any of those would beat most of the assumptions in this ledger.
