How much is Declan Donnelly worth in 2026?

Deecourt Limited filed its accounts for the year to June 30, 2025 at Companies House in April 2026, showing net assets of £35,882,472. Donnelly is its only director, and the register lists him as holding 75 percent or more of the shares. Few TV presenters leave a paper trail this clean.

We put him at $46 million, with a fair range of $35 million to $60 million. The ledger starts from that filing and takes off the tax he would owe to get the money out. Every pound is converted at £1 to $1.34, the X-Rates rate on November 3, 2026.

How Declan Donnelly built it

  • Kept earnings inside one company. Deecourt reported net assets of £35.9 million at June 2025.
  • Ran an investment portfolio alongside TV. Investments made up £34.3 million of the Deecourt balance sheet at June 2025.
  • Stayed with one broadcaster for decades. He joined ITV in 1998, and a reported new deal runs to the end of 2028.

How we got to $46 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Deecourt Limited, net assets $48 million Documented: £35,882,472 at June 30, 2025, from the filed balance sheet, at $1.34. The register only gives a band, 75 percent or more of the shares, and we credit all of it to him as sole director.
Tax if the Deecourt money came out minus $16 million Our assumption: a third of $48 million. The top UK dividend rate is 39.35 percent, but nobody has to draw it all at once, so we use a lower blended rate.
Company growth since June 2025 $3 million Our assumption: net assets grew an average of £2.38 million a year over the last two filings. Sixteen months of that is £3.2 million, or $4.3 million, less the same one-third tax.
Half of Hurley Promotions $2 million Documented for the company: net assets of £2,828,912 at June 2025, signed by both presenters. We credit him half, £1.4 million, before any tax on drawing it out.
Half of Mitre Studios $2 million Our assumption: book value is only £301,606, but it has 24 staff and its accounts say it earns from licensing Ant and Dec’s intellectual property as well as production fees, so we value it at £3 million and credit him half. No sale or profit figure is public.
Homes $7 million Hello said the pair are believed to own about £10 million of property combined, undated. Half is £5 million, and we have not updated the value.
Total $46 million Rows add up to the headline. Pay he took out personally is not counted beyond the homes, since nothing public shows it.

A presenter’s company that behaves like a small fund

By our calculation, investments make up 96 percent of Deecourt: £34,293,336 divided by £35,882,472. The filing shows it bought £13.5 million of investments in the year and sold £14.1 million, a level of churn you would expect from a portfolio manager, while the value of what it held moved by just £21,043. Average headcount: one.

The growth is where the arithmetic gets interesting. Hello reported in 2019 that a three-year ITV deal worth £30 million came to £5 million a year for each man. Deecourt’s net assets rose by £1,474,002 in the year to June 2025. That is 29 percent of the reported pay, by our calculation, and the sum is the point: a £5 million headline does not arrive as £5 million of wealth. Corporation tax, costs and whatever he paid himself all come out first. The year before was stronger, up £3,292,354 from £31,116,116, which is why we average the two.

Not every bet has paid off. The pair lost nearly £2.5 million on a luxury property development in the Algarve that collapsed, Yahoo reported in January 2020. No company was named, so we can’t say whose books took the hit.

Why public estimates run about $37 million higher

A figure of around £62 million has been attached to Donnelly for years. It works out at about $83 million today, $37 million above ours. The pages repeating it explain nothing about how it was built, and at least one ties it to a reported £40 million ITV deal from 2007. Our reading is that it treats reported contract totals as banked money and ignores the tax sitting inside a company’s balance sheet.

Thirty years at one broadcaster

Oasis FM reported on December 23, 2025 that a new ITV deal runs to the end of 2028, marking 30 years since the pair arrived in 1998 to host SM:TV Live. It is believed to be close to earlier three-year deals of around £30 million, and ITV has not confirmed the sum. Pay has wobbled in the telling: Hello’s later report had one earlier three-year deal at £40 million and a 2023 contract above £30 million. In 2015 Deecourt and Ant’s Teecourt each reported about £3.2 million in annual profit, according to a report that June.

The newer bet is Mitre Studios, which he and McPartlin founded in 2011. In January 2026 they launched the Belta Box channel and their first podcast, Hanging Out With Ant & Dec. Its 2025 accounts, for the year before the launch, may show the build-up: headcount rose from 18 to 24 and net assets fell from £1,720,167 to £301,606.

Three things would move our figure most. Deecourt’s next accounts, for the year to June 2026, are due by March 31, 2027. A bad year for markets would hit a £34 million portfolio directly. And a sale of Mitre Studios, or a Belta Box hit, would make our £3 million guess look foolish in either direction.
