How much is Piers Morgan Worth? Piers Morgan Net Worth in 2026
Piers Morgan’s net worth is estimated at $95 million as of November 2026. Nearly two thirds of that is a paper stake in a YouTube show he bought from Rupert Murdoch’s company, which is a strange place for a former Fleet Street editor to keep his money. The company behind his pay has exactly one employee.

How much is Piers Morgan worth in 2026?
We put Piers Morgan at about $95 million, and that number leans hard on one assumption: what his undisclosed share of Uncensored is worth. His pay company files accounts, so that part is solid. The stake is not, and neither are his older TV earnings, so treat this as an estimate with a wide range. Pounds convert at about 0.745 to the dollar, the rate on 3 November 2026.
Public estimates tend to come in lower or higher for two reasons. Many predate the June 2026 funding round, and many treat a reported £50 million contract as money banked, when tax took a large bite and the company had costs.
How Piers Morgan built it
- Took ownership of the show. He bought Piers Morgan Uncensored from News UK, which keeps a share of ad revenue until 2029.
- Ran earnings through one company. Wake Up Productions, 94 percent his, turned over £50.3 million from 2022 to 2024.
- Raised outside money in 2026. Uncensored raised $27 million in June 2026 at a reported $145 million valuation.

| Source | Our estimate | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|
| Stake in Uncensored | $60.9 million | TheWrap reported a $145 million valuation on a $27 million round in June 2026. His share is undisclosed. We assume 70 percent, worth $101.5 million, then take 40 percent off because private shares can’t be sold quickly. |
| Cash at Wake Up Productions | $6.7 million | Press Gazette, reading the accounts, reported £10.6 million cash at the end of 2024 and a 94 percent stake for Morgan: £10 million. He has since bought the show’s rights at a price we could not find, so we assume half went on that and on the launch. |
| News UK years, take-home | $9.7 million | Staff costs of £7.4 million, £7.2 million and £7.2 million in 2022 to 2024 total £21.8 million. We credit all of it to him and assume 47 percent tax, leaving £11.55 million. The £5 million 2024 dividend gives him £2.85 million after 94 percent ownership and 39.35 percent tax. We assume half of that £14.4 million was spent. |
| Three homes | $13.7 million | Hello magazine reported a Kensington townhouse bought for £4 million in 2009 and, in a headline, a £4.2 million Hollywood home. We assume £2 million for the Newick house, which has no public price. Total £10.2 million at those old prices, with no gain and no mortgage counted, and credited to him because no split is public. |
| Earlier TV and book savings | $5.0 million | Our assumption, starting from a reported ITV deal of about £2 million a year in 2008. We apply £2 million to the 16 years from 2006 to 2021: £32 million, or £17.6 million after 45 percent tax. Take off the homes and £7.4 million is left, and we assume he spent half. |
| Total | About $96 million, rounded to $95 million | Rough on the stake, firmer on the company accounts. |
The £50 million contract was the smaller win
When Morgan went back to Murdoch’s company for the 2022 launch of Uncensored on TalkTV, Press Gazette understood the deal to be worth about £50 million over three years. Accounts for Wake Up Productions later lined up almost perfectly: turnover of £17.5 million, £15.7 million and £17.1 million, or £50.3 million in total. Two directors, one employee, and £9.7 million of turnover booked as co-production services.
He then did something most presenters never get the chance to do. Press Gazette reported that he took ownership of Piers Morgan Uncensored away from News UK, with News UK keeping a share of advertising revenue under a partnership lasting until 2029. By our calculation, his take-home from the whole contract was about £14.4 million before spending, roughly $19.3 million. Our discounted value for the stake, $60.9 million, is 3.2 times that.
That single move is 63 percent of our total ($60.9 million out of $96 million). The sum also shows why the headline is so sensitive: if his share is 50 percent and the discount is 50 percent, the stake falls to $36.25 million and the total to about $71 million. With no discount and 76.5 percent, which is his 94 percent of Wake Up diluted by this round, it reaches about $146 million. That one assumes the stake follows Wake Up’s ownership and that $145 million includes the new money, and no page we opened says either.
What investors paid per subscriber
City AM reported in December 2025 that a round was close at about a $130 million valuation. It closed in June 2026, with Raine Ventures and Antenna Group leading and Elisabeth Murdoch among the backers, which means a Murdoch ended up holding a piece of the show he took away from the Murdoch company. Revenue has not been disclosed. By our math, $145 million divided by 4.43 million YouTube subscribers comes to about $33 per subscriber, and that is the number the whole estimate rests on.
The money is earmarked for audio and video channels, live events and subscription products. Channel 5 is picking up three Uncensored shows and Time Studios will co-produce a long-form interview series, both according to TheWrap.
What would move the figure
A sale or a new round would settle the stake question at once, in either direction. Disclosed revenue would help too, since nobody outside the company has seen a number. The News UK advertising share ends in 2029, which should lift margins from then on.
