Mike Israetel’s net worth is estimated at $7 million as of November 2026. The only revenue number in circulation for his company, about $4.3 million a year, equals just 19,100 annual app subscriptions, on a YouTube channel with 3.9 million subscribers. Either the app converts badly or the number is out of date, and we suspect the second.

How much is Mike Israetel worth in 2026?

Our figure is $7 million, in a range of $4 million to $12 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. RP does not publish revenue, ownership or pay. The one thing public is what it charges and how many people watch.

Public estimates disagree because most recycle the same unaudited profile, then either treat company revenue as personal money or ignore his stake altogether.

How Mike Israetel built it

  • Co-founded RP in 2012. He started it with training partner Nick Shaw, and it now sells the RP Hypertrophy app.
  • Earned a sport physiology PhD. He studied at East Tennessee State and taught in a master's program at Lehman College.
  • Published a mass market book. Grand Central released The Aesthetic Revolution on June 23, 2026, at a $30 US list price.

How we got to $7 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Stake in RP Strength $3.4 million A Foundry case study cites about $4.3 million in yearly revenue and calls it directional. Assumption: a value of two times sales, $8.6 million, and a 40 percent stake for him. His share with co-founder Nick Shaw is not public.
Pay from RP, 2012 to 2026 $5.6 million Assumption: an average of $400,000 a year for 14 years.
Book advance, 2026 $0.3 million Grand Central Publishing released The Aesthetic Revolution on June 23, 2026, at a $30 US hardcover list price. The advance is not public. This is our assumption.
Personal sponsorships $0.7 million CreatorDB estimates $15,000 to $34,000 an Instagram post on his 1.2 million followers. Assumption: 10 deals a year at $20,000 for 3.5 years, since his personal channel launched in March 2023.
Income tax minus $2.3 million Assumption: 35 percent of the $6.6 million in cash above. The stake is not taxed until sold.
Living costs minus $1.7 million Assumption: $120,000 a year for 14 years.
Investment returns $0.8 million Assumption: the $2.6 million left grew 32 percent, which is 4 percent a year after inflation for 7 years.
Total $7 million The rows sum to $6.8 million, rounded. Most of it is assumption.

What $4.3 million would really mean

The app runs about $224.99 a year, $149.99 for six months and $24.99 a month on promotion. Divide $4.3 million by $224.99 and you get about 19,100 annual plans. That is 0.49 percent of the RP channel’s 3.9 million subscribers, by our calculation, and that assumes the company sold nothing but the app.

Two more checks point the same way. vidIQ models about $72,000 in ad earnings on the channel, which we treat as monthly because the window is not stated: $864,000 a year, or 20 percent of the claimed revenue, from ads alone. The profile behind the $4.3 million also puts his personal income near $2 million, which would be 47 percent of the company’s revenue for one of two founders. Those two numbers are hard to hold together, so we used neither at face value. If real revenue is double, his stake in our ledger doubles to $6.9 million and the headline moves to about $10 million.

The professor who embraced vanity

He has a PhD in sport physiology from East Tennessee State University and taught in a master’s program at Lehman College. He co-founded RP with training partner Nick Shaw in 2012. An unofficial site about him says the company reports more than 250,000 clients, which we can’t confirm from RP itself. LowKick MMA described him in 2024 as a sports physiology doctor and a bodybuilder, and Wikipedia lists a jiu-jitsu black belt from December 2024, a set of credentials that helps on camera. It also lists him as a co-founder of Genius Shot, a protein drink company, in 2025. We found no value for it, so it has no row.

The new book is the clearest 2026 money event. Its pitch is that wanting to look good is a fair reason to train, which is a long way from a journal paper and a lot closer to a mass market. If the advance was our assumed $300,000 and his royalty is 10 percent of the $30 hardcover price, he needs about 100,000 copies to earn it out.

What would move the figure

A sale of RP would turn our guess into a price, and that is the largest swing available. Book sales from the June 2026 release are next. The channel’s 28.3 million views in October 2026 suggest the audience is not the limit. Conversion and ownership are.
