How much is Travis Pastrana worth in 2026?

We land on about $16 million. This one is a rough estimate: little of the money is documented. We know the medals, the shows and the sale price of the parent company. We don’t know a single sponsor fee or his share of anything.

Public estimates run from $25 million to well over $100 million, with the most common around $25 million to $30 million. The usual gap comes from treating lifetime pay as savings and crediting a founder with a company’s value, without taking off tax or two decades of living costs.

How Travis Pastrana built it

  • Co-founded the show himself. He helped start Nitro Circus in 2003, years before its MTV series and live tours.
  • Put his helmet behind it. In 2016 he took Nitro Circus branding on his helmet and hat after 10 years tied to Red Bull.
  • Kept racing into his 40s. He finished 11th in the 2023 Daytona 500 from 40th and is listed in 2026 Truck Series results.

How we got to $16 million

Source Our estimate What it rests on
Pay, sponsors and racing $30 million Assumption: an average $1.2 million a year for 25 working years. He had a 10-year Red Bull association before 2016, and his contract terms are private.
Nitro Circus stake $7.5 million Assumption: 5 percent of $150 million. We give Nitro Circus half of the reported $300 million price for Thrill One, which held four businesses. His share isn’t public.
Agents and managers minus $3 million Assumption: 10 percent of the $30 million pay.
Income tax minus $10.8 million Assumption: 40 percent of the $27 million left.
Tax on the stake minus $1.5 million Assumption: 20 percent of $7.5 million.
Living costs and family minus $6 million Assumption: $300,000 a year for 20 years, including his home and riding facilities.
Total $16.2 million Rounded to $16 million. Every row is an assumption, anchored where possible to a reported deal.

The stake nobody has published

Thrill One was put together around 2020 from Nitro Circus, Nitro Rallycross, Street League Skateboarding and a production company, Sportcal reported, with The Raine Group and Causeway Media Partners as its owners. In July 2022 Front Office Sports, citing The Wall Street Journal, said private equity firms Juggernaut Capital Partners and Fiume Capital bought it for $300 million, with Dana White and Rob Dyrdek’s venture studio also investing.

Here’s our calculation of what that deal means for him. Our $7.5 million stake is 20 percent of his $37.5 million gross. After 20 percent tax it’s $6 million, or 37 percent of the $16.2 million total, because it’s the only large sum in the ledger taxed at the lower rate. Each percentage point of Nitro Circus’s $150 million is worth $1.2 million to him after tax. At zero percent, the total falls to about $10 million. At 10 percent, it rises to about $22 million. Those two sums are our range.

A helmet with one sponsor on it

In February 2016, after a 10-year association with Red Bull, he became a fully sponsored Nitro Circus athlete. Nitro Circus took exclusive branding rights to his headwear and apparel, and he agreed to wear its helmet and hat at events and public appearances. No money was disclosed. It’s a strange kind of deal, a co-founder sponsored by the company he co-founded.

Racing kept outside sponsors coming. Wikipedia’s record of his career shows Subaru behind his rally program from 2006 and Black Rifle Coffee on his car in the 2023 Daytona 500, where he started 40th and finished 11th. He also has 11 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze X Games medals. A plan for Circuit 199, a Maryland rally complex, was scrapped, so we carry no asset for it.

Still riding in 2026

On May 17, 2026, he rode a dirt bike across the floor of Boulder Station in Las Vegas to promote the Nitro Circus 2.0 Tour, a stunt coordinated by Thrill One and Station Casinos. That tour listed 18 dates in August 2026, presented by Ram Trucks. He also ran NASCAR Truck Series races in 2026. What would move this number most is a resale of Thrill One, if he still holds equity, or a disclosed long-term brand contract.
