Rita Ora Struts Pink Hair on the Cover of Nylon’s March Issue Coming Out Today!
Grab your wallet and run to the closest newsstand because Nylon’s March Issue is out today and it features gorgeous Rita Ora with glam pink hair on the cover!
And not only chic photography, but the issue also presents Rita’s testimonials exclusively about her failed relationship with DJ Calvin Harris and other people in the business.
Although Rita has been in the show business for quite a short period of time, she’s skyrocketed her career in just three years and became a notable part of the music industry, modeling and a beauty and fashion icon especially.
Now, right in time for spring, she posed for Nylon magazine featuring a fresh vibe in her own personal punk style and sassy attitude.
Rita opens up and talks everything – from where she was in the beginning to where she got to this very day. And she tells us about how she went crazy excited when Jay Z signed her first album, as she confessed: “I was like, ‘Whatever, Jay f*** Z!”.
But then, after a couple of years down in business she had a revelation and honestly, we’re glad she understood it that fast:
You know what, people are actually interested in what I’m saying and how I’m dressing and how I’m acting
On the other hand, Rita gives credit to all the talented women in the industry as she says: “You have amazing girls like Emma Watson—glamorous, gorgeous, clean, beautiful girls.” And the good news is that they appreciate her back, as Charli XCX, the Boom Clap singer revealed before:
Rita Ora the person is the same as Rita Ora the artist. She’s real and wild and fun and caring and kind. I have so much respect for her and the way she is in the world.
But Rita’s a smart girl, she knows exactly which is her place in the industry, that she bring what the showbiz is missing:
But where’s that punk energy—that fun, crazy, respected but still like, “Shit, she’s just doing her thing” person? That’s who I am!
And she even admits that her inspiration comes from her strong friendship with Katy Perry whom Rita sees as “the biggest star in the world”. But this is not what inspires our style icon, but Katy’s attitutde, the fact that “She’s always been the same, and she’s just so funny and fun and loud and really cool”. Which determined Rita to shout out loud and clear:
Yeah, that’s what I wanna be like! I wanna stay that way!
On the other hand, Rita talks about her failed relationship with Calvin Harris, how it was a wake up call for her and made her realized she has to focus on her true love – pop music.
