This guy is perhaps the most famous employee from Target. A customer took a photo of the guy and posted it on her twitter account.
Soon it became a trend and others were asking everyone to re-tweet the picture because “everyone needs Alex from Target”.
12 hours since the first picture was posted, a Twitter account linked to “Alex from Target” got almost 300,000 followers. In the following days, the hashtag #alexfromtarget was tweeted over 800,000 times.
The guy actually made an appearance on the Ellen show. He seemed rather stunned by the newfound fame.
