Also dubbed ‘artist’s paradise’, Sidi Bou Said is located about 20 km from Tunis, the capital of Tunisia.
Among the artists who have lived or visited this town are included Louis Moillet, August Macke, Paul Klee, Saro Lo Turco and Gustave-Henri Jossot.
Named after a religious figure, Abou Said ibn Khalef inb Yahia Ettamini el Beji, the town itself is a tourist attraction.

Located on the Cote de Carthage, the town features a breathtaking beach, surrounded by clear and clean blue ocean.
Watersports are also included, and the most practiced ones are sailing and windsurfing.
