A 2 star Michelin chef at Le Gavroche, Michel Albert Roux was born in a family of food lovers, his father being a chef as well. He became one of the best chefs in UK after writing several cookbooks and offering consultancy as a chef.
After training in the French army, Roux worked for his father for 2 years. The chef appeared in television shows such as Hell’s Kitchen, along with Gordon Ramsay.
Roux also presented Food and Drink, a popular TV series.
