From cookbooks, to television shows, media campaigns and others, Jamie has done it all. His speciality is Italian cuisine, but he has a very broad international knowledge about food.
He first worked in his parent’s pub kitchen, later on taking a pastry chef job, where he gained experience.
Jamie’s Italian is his first restaurant, opened in 2008.
