One of the best chefs in Britain is Fergus Henderson.
He started out exactly like Raymond Blanc, without any further training, but as you can see, working hard pays off.
He first studied architecture, just like his parents, but he abandoned his studies to follow his dream.
The chef’s dishes are inspired by the traditional British cuisine, him enjoying serving in his two restaurants, St. John Restaurant and St John Bread & Wine.
