10Milwaukee, Wisconsin
We begin our top list with the largest city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Large numbers of German and other immigrants helped increase the city’s population.
Known for its brewing traditions, Milwaukee became one with the words German and beer.
By 1856, there were more than 2 dozen breweries in the city, most of them owned and operated by Germans.
It was once the home to 4 of the largest breweries in the world (Blatz, Miller, Pabst and Schlitz), as well as the #1 beer producing city in the world. Today, the beer legacy is kept in the form of a small brewery, aptly named the Brewers.

9Prague, Czech Republic

Prague is a popular weekend destination, offering to its tourist many museums and cultural sites, as well as their famous Czech beers.

6Vienna, Austria
Along with Paris, Prague, London and Warsaw, Vienna is one of the few remaining capital cities with its own vineyards.

The capital of Austria has a single large brewery called Ottakringer and more than 10 microbreweries.
The best beers in Vienna come from these microbreweries, so we guess that best things come in small packages.

5Tokyo, Japan
