Center Stage
Center Stage allows the viewer to take a glimpse in the life of professional dancers, the life which they all love but have a hard time to keep up.
Some of the reviews of the movie were negative but, for all you dance enthusiast out there this is the perfect image of the dancer’s life and all the fights you have to overcome with injuries, contests, not enough rehearsal hours and all you need to see, that happens in a professional dancer’s life.
From the start the movie creates the impression of graceful description of the hard times a dancer has before being famous or before an important show.
If the storyline was criticized in a poor manner, the choreography saved the movie, being a showcase of talents, beautiful dancing and exquisite moves.
The movie makes it to our best dance movies ever made due to its dedications to the dancing life and it spotted the number 4 here, because we considered that this is an exceptional walk-through through the professional dancing individual.
So if you didn’t watch it make sure you closely take a peek into the lives of Amanda Schull as Jodi Sawyer, Zoë Saldana as Eva Rodríguez, Susan May Pratt as Maureen Cummings and Peter Gallagher as Jonathan Reeves.
