Ah, beautiful Charlize Theron. Who hasn’t been jealous at least once for this spectacular beauty?
Let me stop you right there. There’s no need to be jealous. She might be God damn gorgeous, but she paid a terrible price; you can’t imagine what this woman experienced in her childhood, not even in your wildest nightmares.
Theron’s father was a monster, an abusive man who made her and her mother’s lives a living Hell. One night, he threathened to kill them both and that was not even remotely close to a joke, therefore her mother had to do the one things that could’ve saved their lives: she took a shot and killed the bastard.
What’s even worse is that Theron witnessed the whole scene. I think is useless to say that this was a major trauma for little Theron and until these days she refuses to make statements to the press about her family life.
There was only one exception from where we found out the tragedy and that was, of course, in an interview with Oprah.
